Hennessy Privilége Tamarindo
2 oz. Hennessy Privilége
1.5 oz. Simple Syrup (or 3/4 oz. Agave Nectar)
1 oz. Tamarind Purée
Splash fresh Lime juice
2 oz. Club Soda
Garnish: Brown Sugar and Cinammon mixture to rim the glass and Cinnamon Stick
Pour ingredients (except for club soda) into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled glass rimmed with brown sugar and cinnamon, top with the club soda, and garnish with cinnamon stick.
